Say Goodbye to 2 More Basketball Players (Pilgrim and Galloway)

It is no surprise that the University of Kentucky Wildcats basketball team needed to slim it’s roster before the season starts. That roster was slimmed last week when it was announced that Matt Pilgrim and Kevin Galloway would be transferring from UK.
This should squash the scholarship issues that the Wildcats were facing. Now that the roster is almost complete, the missing piece is Jodie Meeks’ decision on whether to stay in the NBA draft or not. He will have to make that decision by Monday night as that is the deadline for withdrawing from the draft.
Good luck to Matt Pilgrim and Kevin Galloway. Wish we could have seen Pilgrim get to play and will miss Galloway on the court. We hope both guys have prosperous careers wherever their path takes them.
