You asked for it and we got it.  Below is ESPN’s video review of Jodie Meeks as he sets Kentucky’s single game record for most points in a game and most 3-pointers made in a game versus the Tennessee Volunteers on 13 Jan 2009.

Jodie Meeks finished with 54 points on 15 out of 22 shooting and 10 out of 15 from 3-pointers, breaking the old record for 3-pointers in a game for the Wildcats held by himself and Tony Delk at 9.  Jodie Meeks also went 14 out of 14 from the free throw stripe.

The previous record for points in a game for the UK Wildcats was Dan Issel at 53 points set in the 1969-1970 season.
